Need Information

hello everyone! I have a question for all 240sx owners! What grade of fuel do u fuel? 87 octan or 91 octan! Can I use 87 octan for a DOHC? Pleae give me a reason! Gas too expensive, no money for 91!

Doesn't the manual say 89. So use 89 if you only have minor mods(engine wise) or running stock.

If you are boosting, 91+

my timing is advanced to 17btc so i run 91 or 92 depending on witch esso i go to.

i ran 9premium(whatever it may be) casue on the gas tank filler door it says so

I thinkthe manual said min require 87 but 91 for best performance! If I used 87 as daily driving(running stock), is it will hurt the engine?

I don't think it would hurt, but I've always run 89.
