when you say it is not getting a pulse do you mean from the ecu or it is not opening??? either way clean the injector out with starting fluid or break cleen some kind of solvant... then reinstall the injector and try it again... if the problem is there is no signal getting to it to tell it to open then it is in the ecu or there is a cut wire comming from the ecu... if you use a multimeter you can test for voltage at the injector when it fires... you will need to have a good digital multimeter to be able to see the pulse... but that is one way to test it to see if it is getting signal from the ecu...
It was a wire half cut coming from the ecu!!!
thats f-cked up, i figured it had 2 b something like that because
#1 #2 and #3 was getting pulse #4 was not .But now its fixed
and i feel stupid for not checking this in the first place. DUHHHHH?
HERE IS MY SIGN!!!

MAN ITS F-CK'N DOING IT AGAIN
i checked the wires from ecm to the injector and cant find anything, what the f-ck can it be?
all the other injectors are getting pulse
#4 is not how is that??????
drag out the digital multimeter... strip back the wire on the injectors just a little bit... enough for you to get leads into the wires... set it to ac voltage and have some one crank the motor... make sure you remove the coil wire so the motor does not start... read the voltage if any at the injector... then check that voltage arainst other injectors... they should all read the same... if there is no pulse to #4 then trace the wires again... if there is no problem with the wires then i would suggest that you find a different ecu to swap in and test again...

Well, that fixed the problem, I guess...
You might as well replace #1 and #2 so they can all go bad together, next time.

I was thinking the same thing before i changed them
