oil filter

I've been using Fram oil filters but want to switch because I read that they rate pretty bad. I've also heard that K&N filters don't hardly filter any particles out.
What is a good middle ground between filtering and performance? Should I go with the factory filter from the dealership?

Yup, OEM Nissan filters. Should only cost you about $5-7 each...
