Oil Pan Gasket

Hey guys, My friend just bought a 240sx se.

He has a leak in his oil pan gasket and has to re-seal it.

Just wondering if anyone has some tips.

Get that orange gunk thing..thats the way most if not all oil pans have theyre gaskets as

remove the 2 14mm nuts on the motor mount.
jack up engine.
remove all 10mm bolts
carefully get oil pan out.
clean both mating surfaces
seal it with permatex #6b
