a picture is worth a thousand words, got one?

not too long ago i broke one of my mounts in half and there was no fluid in it. but if it was mount fluid it was soe type of ^^viscous gel to absorb the movement of the motor. when i replaced the broken mount i modified both mounts with polyurethane to make them a little stiffer. little diy nismo mouts for 50 bux.
