okay, first step done..

i got a base model s14, well. i had a problem with my in-dash deck wasnt working, but it was the fuse so were all good. now... since i fixed that now theres no music nor sound coming from the speakers, i know the deck works because my amp for my sub is workin fine, and there bass coming from the music through my deck, now all i have is low *** bass, and no sound coming from my rear and front speakers, well my question is there like an fuse for the speakers? or uh...has anyone had this problem and fixed it? any help could do...word thanks

Is there an amp running your front and rear speakers? Or are you using the rcs's for your sub and also using the speaker wires from the head unit to run the front and back?If you are using the rca's and the head unit wires (High output connection) that is your problem, you cant use both at the same time you will screw up the HU.

no the SE's have an AMP for both front and rear speakers. Basically I have RCA's running from my deck to my amp. and I just hooked up my deck to the wires to the front and rear. So The only thing my amp is powering up is the sub, and the deck is powering up the front and rear speakers, hmm lengthy but did that make sense? lol

It must be your stock amp. Check the fuse on that thing. Personally, I'd get a semi-cheap amp like 150 - 200 watt Jensen to power your speakers, can't be worse than 10 year old stock one.

Theres a "Stock"Amp for base models s14's? if so, if theres an AMP theres a fuse, and if the fuse is blown I could replace, thus, problem could finally be fixed. dude. driving without music sucks kack..

open your trunk and look on the roof in there. Basically the opposite side where the spoiler would go. That's where mine are, buy they're ziptied so Im not sure.
