over heating with koyo rad

alright..i jus finished wiring my fans(running constantly) and the trick is over heating now.!!thought i got all the air out of the system, but my thermostat not opening..how did u guys get rid of those air pockets??i tried filling it up while that lil screw was off so the fluid can run though there so all the air can come out but it didnt work..but after i shut the car off and let it sit for 3-5 min it cools..so im thinkin i still got frickin air pockets..its crazy because today it was runnin for almost a hour and it warmed up till the middle line and stayed there(the rad cap was off and bleeder screw on the intake was open),then i drove it round the block a couple of times thinkin it was koo and it started rising,so i parked it and let it sit running and it jus stayed at the 2 lines from the middle line so now im like ..lost
