which would be a better choice , new header or port and polish header, i read on here stories of hot shot header not fitting and being crooked and obx cracking and what not, soo im confused what should i do

The only thing I can tell you is to make sure that you go ceramic. Stainless Steel headers over times get majorily discolored and then holes form. I haven't had any experience with those name brands though so can't help you there....

But someone else should pick up on this thread and help you out hopefully

I would go with the Port and Polish, but then you have to port and hone the manifolds as well. Since you would be doing the head work on the P&P you might as well get a titanium retanier and performance valves installed also. You will see a significant increase in HP and Torque.
