222k and runnin strong. woot. i have a little bit of a rattling problem from my rear end, and its not the muffler, thats my next issue. then imma see why my running lights arent working, but the brake lights are..? (my tail running lights)

RuizXIII 03-28-2007 07:22 PM

at least your strobe light and neons work

cronux 03-28-2007 07:57 PM

haha... yea. does anyone know why my rear running lights dont go on? is it a fuse? (if so which one... lol)

RuizXIII 03-28-2007 08:01 PM

Jordan knows but he is too busy watching teh pr0n
but yeah you might wanna check the fuse, they tend to blow from time to time. Or perhaps a relay

cronux 03-28-2007 08:33 PM

so i guess its something in the wiring, its not the stock hatch, and the blinker lights work fine, so do the brake lights, along with the third brake light, but the running lights and the reverse lights dont work. so if anyone has any ideas, it would be appreciated.

MS!3 03-28-2007 08:38 PM

i dunno but i remember reading somewhere there is a switch or sensor on the tranny to make the reverse lights come on. mabey look into that.

RuizXIII 03-28-2007 08:40 PM

are you talking about the tail lamps, reverse lights, or something else??? Im confused as F !!!!

cronux 03-28-2007 09:06 PM

okay, on your tail, you have turn signals (very sides) then brake lights that turn on when you press brake. then there are running lights, that turn on when you have your headlamps on. and then reverse lights. the reverse lights are the white ones on the trunk lid, and thats also where the running lights are. both of these dont work. but the 3rd brake light, which is above, does work.

Check your bulbs...they could be burnt out? Lol.

If not, meter the wires. I just had a little problem when I plugged the harnesses back in, every time I'd hit the brakes the reverse lights would come on. Not very good, but I ended up fixing it.

Definitely meter the wires to see whats going on. Oh yeah, but check the bulbs first.
