it will not fit...the timing chain is totally different and so is the timing chain cover....

 

Think about it. 2.0 liter head on a 2.4 liter head. They're completely different engines. And why? Basically, no it won't work.

Engine type or platform:

KA and SR stand for different engine types and design. No way are either interchangeable.
The only heads that KA can use are L series and NAPS-Z, although why would you want to those other heads suck.....
