the thread inside the head where the valve cover bolts into is stripped , we want to tap the holes but cant find a bolt with a sleeve like the stock bolts any help would be cool

 

go to the auto parts store and get a helicoil kit for the original bolt... drill the hole out the size that the helicoil insert instructs you to drill... mix a tiny amount of jbweld and put it into foy drilled and cleaned hole... insert the helicoil insert and let the jbweld cure... then thread the stock bolt back into place...

should work fine on a valve cover bolt...
