Why would you want to stroke an already under square engine?

please remind me what that means because all i know about engines is what i have read and i haven't read anything about that. since you are the only person that replies to my posts i'll lay out my plan and you tell me if its good and about how much horse power i can expect. ok?

KA24DE
JWT cams
JWT ECU
port and polish head
3 in. down pipe back
header
maybe higher compression pistons?

this is my first prooject car and so i will be learning a lot.

An undersquare engine is an engine with a stroke that is longer than the bores diameter. Ka is I believe 89mmx 96mm, compared to say an SR which is a square engine at 86mm x 86mm.

To answer your other question though I'm not too familar with modding a KA, but I'm guessing near 170 whp.
