throddle body spacer

throddle body spacer

what is the function and gain's of adding a throddle body spacer??? what does it do for the motor????

did some ricer kid say t hat he has a TB spacer or did you find some sort of site that sells this ?

ive seen them on V8s but i havent seen on for the 240. By the way its Throttle.

I had a carburetor spacer on my camaro, it helped out a lot lowend, but I got the wrong kind and it wouldnt let the secondary's open, so i lost a LOT of top end, but I dont think they help on our cars,,,

they only make those things for hondas, sohc neons, and cavaliers. (the tipical rice mobiles) they are pretty pricey in my summit racing mag at $105.

they make tb spacers for probes/mx6/626 and they are not typical rice mobiles, considering the KL-03 in those cars makes 164hp stock my friends KL-ZE (Jspec) makes 200hp+ w/ I/H/E witch he has in his 626.... talk about a sleeper

their function is to keep heat away from the incoming air, they also make intake manifold spacers to do the same. so IMO i like them.
