Unhappy Timing Chain Rattling

My timing chain is rattling. I know this is very common on 240s with the KA. What parts do i need exactly to replace this? It is extremly cheaper for me to do it than a shop to. I am just going to make a weekend out of it. Any help would make me extremly greatful!

take out the timing chain guide.

very easy.

take off valve cover then BOOM right there then remove the 12mm bolts that hold it down, put the cover back on DONE.
