tread size for engine stand

what thread pitch bolts do i need to put my engine on a stand..its a ka24de

i don't know for sure but i believe it's 1mm.
just go to any hardware store and take the bolts that it came with and get longer ones

yeah get longer transmission bolts basically. I had this problem too but I forget what the thread pitch is.

i just used the bolts that hold the tranny to the engine. worked fine

depending on the stand they might not be long enough though.

you can always test fit the snout of the engine stand on the motor using the trans bolts, if they are not long enought go to a local hardware store/online and order 4 bolts of proper lenght.
