Unplugged sensor?

Unplugged sensor?

hey so i'm really not sure what to search for or anything but basically this is my friends 240 it has a KA in it, nothing special, basically i wanna know where does this plug go to, and do i need to plug it in(i'm sure i do) if you can't tell in the pic it's right between the head and the firewall. look at the picture below and see if you can tell whats up.

it's for a sileniod, egr or pressure reg. follow the line and see if it leads to the egr or pressure reg.

unless your friend has removed his egr then yes it needs to be pluged in.

if the engine was changed it might not be used. i had a 93 and i changed the engine to a 91 and the egr system was diferent, only 1 solenoid. that plugs into a solenoid that controls vacum or air trough small hoses. w'e it is it should br right under that conector behind the engine. and if you get the chance to take out the engine while dealing with that, change the hoses, u wont regret it.
