will a cold air intake for a 91 fit in a 90?

i have a 1990 240. i searched for intakes online and i can only find it for 91 and up. will they fit on my 90 thanks

Not without some major modifications.

The KA24E throttle body sits back further than the DE.

There are also some other differences.

So in essence, no, it won't fit.

Are you set on a specific brand?

Or are you just looking for one in general?

Both Injen and Hotshot make them for the 89-90 models. I would go with the Injen.

iono, unless it comes with an extension arm... i would just put a K&N replacement filter... or HKS.. both are like... 35-40 bucks and is carb exempt...
