have you swapped a sr before, or from your previous experience w/ other cars just know how? How's that all coming along.

SOHC KA tranny is exactly the same as the DOHC KA tranny.

if you don't want it, i'll take it. my car eats trannies :-(

If I can get well enough, then i'll definately come and pick that up, maybe i'll try and get a 5 speed swap piece by piece, lol. And i'll ask the bank for a loan on that redbull if you'll keep that tranny for me.
You should see my 90 crx, lol. It needs some work, I'm currently halfway through the bondo project. it's definately a work in progress and my winter beater.

what was the shape of the motor? like did it shift smooth and such? if you could hold onto the tranny for sure and if you could the engine, that'd be awesome. I'll definately use the tranny for the swap as long as is still shifted smooth through every gear.
I'm currently sick in bed and just got back a few days from the hospital, and only get up once every few days so don't get discouraged if I don't replay right away.

Well not sure if anyone is still active in this thread, but I'll be in the northeast for 3/4 of the year. I go to the University of Maine.

There's a few kids on campus here with 240's, so that's pretty cool. Anyone else in Maine, and any regional meets ever?

thats cool, I might head up there sometime. As long as they aren't all honda ricers who talk **** on every other car like people did in KC I'll get along. Maybe i'll bring the CRX si to fit in, heh.

How's the Sr swap coming along anyways? You feeling any better? I'm looking at saving up some money, want to know the specs on how much you paid for your SR and what it comes with, and if I still have dibs on that tranny. Pm or respond or email ,me back whenever you get a chance bud, and merry christmas!
