Altimas.net and maxima.org will have a bbq/cruise on august 30th at 8pm. We are meeting up at Captree in LI. I am inviting all of you guys to come and chill with us. If you are interested please post here so we can get a headcount to see how much food we will need.

 

I should be able to make it there. Not sure of what time though. Thats kind of late for a BBQ, so how long do you think you'll be there for. I have so much going on that weekend but I want to make it to everything, so let me know if you can. Thanx.

 

well the BBQ is from 8pm-midnight then we gonna hit ocean parkway for the cruise...

 

I will never go to another altima meet after sooooo many of you guys have showed up to ours. THere was the big Nissan meet at RiiS park, 50+ cars and 0 Altimas.

It's not like we didn't want to go... It's just that we all had other stuff to do. I didn't go because my car wasn't ready (I got a few more stuff added to the car).

Yes It Was, sort of. They did a lot of the setting up but everyone was suppose to show up. It was not only you dave, they are about 60 other of you guys out there that go to your meets and no one came to this one, along with other meets. And, i know for a fact that you guys didn't have a meet the week before, so it was not like you guys had too many meets at one time. But its whatever.

But seriously hope you guys have a good meet.

60 is a lil too much... mostly the ones that show up are like about 15-20 and then others just show up... the last meet was sort of a flop like only 12ppl showed. I didn't get to go to the last meet either. last minute things suck!...

 

man honestly i could roll...but i dont see other 240 owners that interested here... i dont wanna be the only 240 there... and on top of that.. i would be there around 1130 anyway...

I got my dates all mixed up I am free for the 30th and I will be in Queens tomorrow.

 

Directions: you can take the northern state or southern state parkway to the meadowbrooke south.. stay on the meadowbrook, when u see the toll for jones beach, stay all the way to the left to bypass it, then it will turn into ocean parkway, which u stay on and follow signs till u see captree.

 

Thats the way you would go if you were coming from the city. For us though Jesse, coming westbound, we'd take the Robert Moses Causeway down to Ocean Pkwy. and Captree is right there.

Altima, you are talking about Captree State Park. It has all the charter fishing boats right?
