I could never justify spending that amount of money for something like that. It just seems like they made it just to make it, like too many details were overlooked. Not saying the previous generations didn't have their flaws... I was never a fan of the huge spoiler, hood scoop, and short rear end. But with the new gen, the interior especially feels too boring (and the clutch pedal is a limp noodle). I would much rather buy a mazdaspeed3 hatch

Boo, I'd rather have a bugeye. I really dislike the new style.

Even if it does look worse, it still performs better than before. They changed the design to keep up in rally (what the impreza was originally made for). If they had not changed it, the other rally hatches would have destroyed them.

I'm a fan of the old design, but I don't mind the new one.

bro you may need to watch the lastest BMI.. looks are deceiving.. it rolls on the track

don't like new body style.. i like the bug eye version the most.

however the ej25 is a good motor...

a good friend of mine drove it, and he replied with this: "I can't believe how bad it drives."

Yeah I just gave my input on a car I've never driven and cited my friend as my resource. Take it for what it's worth. I will say my friend knows a thing or two about cars.

I wouldn't rock a mazdaspeed3 over this though. FWD configuration with that much power, all i picture is torque steer. I have read that mazda was addressing the torque steer issue using the ecu. I'm sure it's a fine car, but FWD is a handicap none the less. Again opinion....
