How much more, would we be talking about to make one with details? just curious? sounds like a lot more work too?

Well for each design I would require: A jig to be carved for each side to hold part for milling in details, a program for each side details, and the program to cut each jig. If I was doing a major production run of like 100 or more I could easily justify the extra work, but this is at its most basic, a school fundraiser.

I understand everyone's want for details to be scribbed on the sides. The thing is that this whole project is a fundraiser for my school so I'm trying to keep costs and machine time down. The extra work involved is alot more that it sounds when I type on here. Sorry guys but they are going to stay as plain silhouettes.

The good news is that if I get enough orders, the school has found more material, so I can lift the "12 of each" quantity I had originally stated.

The machine appears to be fixed so I will be able to begin production the beginning og next week. As soon the school gets me the final approval I will begin the sale thread.
