The cars themselves are 2.5" long not counting the tab. The hole for the key ring has not been cut yet and I havent tried to polish them or color them yet. I cut these out today and they are made of Stainless steel so they "shouldnt" rust. Please give feedback, I may change how the ring tab is cut but no plans yet.

Here is the Update guys. I both of the S13's done, and will be starting a production run later this week. I polished them up on a buffing wheel so that they are shiny but not a mirror finish. As of right now I don't think I am going to stamp the Penn College logo into them though that may change after I fill out the paperwork for the school. I also have the S14 designed, I just have to program and cut it. I will make a group buy thread as soon as I have filled out the paperwork for the school. Here is the deal.....
*Price is going to be $5 plus shipping.
*I am currently planning on making 12 of each design. Thats 12 Fastbacks, 12 S13 Silvias, and 12 S14 Kouki keychains.
*The material is 410 Stainless Steel.
*If enough people (6) want a change to one of the designs I will do it before I begin production but I plan on cutting the S13s starting Monday.
Please speak up now if you have any concerns/issues because it is far easier to fix things now than after production has begun.
Here are some pics of the finished S13's after polishing, even though its hard to get an idea of the sheen with the pictures.

To the Question about details....Short answer is yes I can add them.
The real answer is that in order to add those details, I'd have to fabricate 2 jigs (left and right) for EACH design, program all the all the details and fabricate them one at a time instead of the miniature production system. The price for detail is also going to be alot higher given the tools and machines I'd have to use.
Ill be running the S14 Prototype on Wed and beginning production then too. I have to spend my class today cleaning and repairing the machine, its leaking....Water AND Electricity?? YAY!!!!
