I was cruising around breaking in my clutch guess what pulled up behined me a brand new porche. I saw he wanted somthing. so i took off at the light a little fast and he came up fast and got beside me and i stock it in third and gased it he got about a car lenght ahead of me and it stayed that way to 70mph. thats pretty good for a 5,000 car compared to a 60-80,000 dollar car.

yes if it was a turbo it would have left you in the dust. It was probly a standard carerra. 3.2 320hp flat 6.

The turbos have wicked acceleration but your SR 240 really sounded like it stayed with him. Not bad and with some more tuning it can probly whoop stock 996 TTs and would really make those much more expensive rides look foolish

Thats wut im thinking...You can probably take a 944 N/A...but he said brand new. I dont think the SR can hang with any new porsche at all
