I looked it up on mapquest and its 9 hours from my house to the race track. And if you have the pistons out of the block you might as well at least replace the rings. I mean why not if the pistons are out already, theyre not that expensive.

!UPDATE!
SR20DE-PIECES!

Thats right, I got my sr20. But inorder for my friend to legally bring it back to the states with him he had to completly take it apart and pack it in different boxes so that the shipping company/goverment wouldnt know he was taking a japanese motor back to the US.

enough talking.

Tranny/Driveshaft, every other bolt/wire/piece needed for the motor.

Bad ***!

Anyone know if XAT's sr basic swap package is worth it? Or should I just make my own or heavy throttles?

Do you guys know if Heavy Throttle will adjust their price if i don't want the clutch?

Will be in and ready by end of march

He's talking about turbo's though so its confusing me. If it's a DE, don't half *** and do an NA setup. I've seen 220whp with itb's for s14 sr20de's, ****ing cool.

At least you have an excuse to completely refresh the motor.

Pretty much. Thinking of doing new OEM evertything bottom end, forged pistons though. Im not sure about the head yet though, pretty noob when it comes to that part of building a motor. I need to upgrade the head inorder to run a cams right?

anything bigger yea, just better retainers and valve springs and tune

oh and i recommend getting rocker arm stoppers, very cheap and can save a motor..
