i just flipped out, but was keeping my temper down.

The guy knew he didnt wanna do his job and I threatened to sue.

thats when he fixed it all.

Cool. I don't think I get aggressive enough when it comes to getting whats right for my car. I need to start though...I've been ripped off way too many times!
