I was on my way home from class tonight, and this 00+ monte carlo kept riding my back bumper, we were about 10 blocks from my house, and we had a full clearing of both lanes in front of us, so we took off. Needless to say, i was leading. then suddenly we are coming up on traffic going in the opposite direction, and by the time we were on them, we both were doing close to 70mph in a 35 zone, and the lead car in the group was a Cop. the monte stepped on the brake first, then I did, as we passed the cop i look in my side view mirror, and the cop slammed on his brakes too, but with the other traffic coming up behind him, he couldnt do a U turn safely that quickly. as soon as me and the monte noticed the cop couldnt turn around right away, we gunned it and took off. By this time Im only about 4 blocks from my street, so i took the risk (very scary). The monte pulled into the driveway to the Rec center before we get to my street and I guess he hid there for a minute.

 

lol lucky i got quite a few good stories of ducking the po-p's but i'd rather not share and plead to 5th on this one but no like oj chases but I had my share of incidents like yours

something simlilar happen to me i gunned by a cop at 180km on the highway and i was like oh sheeet! **** it so i just gunned it! cause his car is parked and im not so what the hell he didnt even attempt to chase maybe i dunno? he was doin the radar thing!

 

that happend to me a nuber of times!! one time i was in a group of cars on the way back from HIN and we were only doing like 90 down the highway and a shebogan cop(possibly the worst in WI) was going the other way! and someone said they saw him turn around so we all gunned it and got off at the next exit and pulled into the gastation, ate and went back on our way lol good times good times hehehe

 

this doesnt belong in motor sports, you were just being reckless.

 

sounds like the time I was sorta racin some gangsta gold accord out here, I was in my camaro, so I was jsut messin with him and pacin, we got up to 75 in a 35, I see 2 cops in the other lane, we had an island in the middle for a little while, but I see one of the 5-0' turn on his lights and start to turn around, so I hit it and go down a few side streets and sweat for about 5 minutes, then I took side streets to my friends place, didnt drive the camaro for about a week after that.

 

I left again later that night to go to my girl's house, but i took side streets to the highway. no main roads

 

I crested a hill doing 100 and a CHP pulled right up to my *** and tailed me. Then he changed lanes and got off the freeway.
