I will start with the Nissan Mid4 which featured an Vg30dett in the rear ( MR) and cars such as the 300zx and 240 even took some things from it... if you look at the front of the more Modern Mid4 toward the bottom you will see the s13 even the NSX , MR2 and Fc3s maybe

i'd be great to own an affordable Mid Engine car other than the mr2.

I think it looks horrible and I'm not a fan of any VG motors either I can really see the inspiration they had from the fc, nsx and mr2 in there

vw w16 nardo

they bought lamborghini shortly after which defeated the purpous of creating their own super car. the w16 engine spanned to other vw/audi/bugatti vehicles.

after the vw take over of lamborghini, vw/audi execs hated the looks of the diablo repalcement and started the project all over from scratch. the murcielago was unveiled a few years later.

 

It looks like an mr2 on 'roids.

 

idk, the only mid engine car i really like is the '88 pontiac fiero gt. it's not the most mechanically sound car from what i've heard. but how could you not like this.

 

That nissan is fricken left hand drive. Why did they make so many versions of it if it was never produced?

P.S. that Fiero is nice, but it always bugged the crap out of me that they put the headlights within the hood instead of at it's edge. Ruined the whole car for me lol.
