umm...not to flame dude but which is it? Pentium or Celeron? The two names refer to three different chipsets currently made by Intel. The Pentuim IV runs at clock speeds from 1.4 - 2.2GHz with a 400MHz system bus, and 256KB - 512KB level 2 cache. The Pentium III runs at 650MHz - 1.2GHz with a 100 - 133 MHz bus, and 256 - 512KB level 2 cache. The Celeron runs at 500MHz - 1.3GHz with a 66 - 100MHz bus, and 128KB level 2 cache.

There are other differences like the motherboard you need to use and the RAM you need to use. (Celeron only uses SD-RAM, P IV uses RD-RAM, DDR-RAM, or SD-RAM)
