I have a question about ebay cars.


How do you know that they are not trying to play you. Is there any way that you can find out that it is real or fake.


So someone help me out. Does any one know any one that got a ebay car.

 

i bought 2 cars on ebay..my first car, 1995 nissan altima and my current S14. to be honest if you can you should check out the car first. every car that i wanted to buy on ebay i looked at first. i know its hard to look at every car because of distance or whatever, but i looked at some cars and decided it was better not to put a bid in. ebay is a gamble. ive come across some shady *** people

 

its very simple... feeback.... if they have 1 or 2 its a no go................

ebay is just the store front... lol

 

Also, look up the vin number of the car and make sure it's the car in their description. never buy a car that is outside of the US. always check their feedback history. and if you ever do win, pay through money order, or paypal. those are the safest ways to pay.

 

feedback is one thing. but the only full proof way is if you see one in your area and get a test drive. my friend got scammed up the *** with a shipped car that had a broken window and didn't start.

 

If I do do it I want to see it in person and then bid on it

 

yeah man thats what you need to do. i mean, you wouldnt buy a car from a used car dealership without looking at it. and if your like me and live near the ocean, you gotta look for rust on the frame and all that jazz

 

The thing I have to make sure is that it is that they are clean just because I live between Philly and NJ

 

simple
get the vin.. call your MVA and that will give you the info over the phone... or you can take it to a police station.. they will run it and if it has a red flag, they will tell you.... shortly after...... then they will tell you to turn around and place your hands behind your back..
