little help from a good photoshopper please?
my team and i would like to get hooded sweatshirts. we want them to have a wisconsin license plate on the front that says KAOS. we found a site that will put any design on clothes, but the problem is none of us have the knowledge or the program to make the design. can anyone help? thanks.
