little help please

long story short, ive got a 90 240 hatch with the ka24 and i was unaware of how little oil i had until my car started acting up ...loss of a lot of horse power, idleing real low like 500rpms and it stalls when i through it in neutral and the rev drops. so i c hecked my oil there was pretty much nothing...so i ran to a store got a quart and drove 5 minutes and got an oil change and after that it was acting worse. so i put some fuel injector cleaner in it and its stoped shaking as much but still acting up im hoping i didnt cause permanent damage to it for not taking care of the oil, but if any one has any ideas on it it will be appreciated
