um no not really, what i meant was that the 240 was built to be a badass, but laws and epa regulations force it not to live up to its designer's plans for it, making it walk instead of run... but my 240 IS in fact out of comission... i cant get it to run just right yet... i think my catalytic converter is plugged or bad, because when i run it in my driveway, i have to advance the timing to get it to run at normal idle, all the way advanced in fact. Then, when i go to rev it, she wants to hesitate really bad, and likes to backfire on occasion. Plus if i run it in the driveway long enough (bout 30 mins) i get a nasty smell, and it runs pretty hot, bout 3/4 of the way up, so i shut down, and the coolant boils over (i need to get a nismo radiator cap to keep her running a lil cooler in the future) all the way down to nothingness... im gonna bleed the coolant system, drain the gas, load it down with fuel system treatment and octane booster, and see how she does... if that doesnt fix it, off goes the cat and on with new catback exhaust and test pipe... i wanted to replace that stuff anyway, the exhaust leaks pretty bad at the rear end of the exhaust, probably near the muffler... if thats not the problem im takin her to a shop
