i have road runner though AOL Time Warner
and i was wondering....why should i have to pay the same price each month if some months as much as 10% of the month Time Warner is doing repairs or whatever and i can't get online?
if i were to run a business where i charged customers for services they wern't being rendered....i wouldn't be in business long
so why can AOL Time Warner do it?
or is that the answer. AOL, Time Warner.....too big for anyone to **** with?
