I'm going to the 7 o'clock showing. I've been looking forward to seeing this one! Heck, I look forward to seeing them all. Dissapointing Ghost Rider and the crammed-too-full of stuff Spidey 3...maybe this one will top them.

Just saw it! I liked it! They did a good job portraying The Surfer. I liked it much better than Ghost Rider and Spidey 3.

I saw that movie today and at best I give it 3 out of five stars, probably 2.5. Just average. The storyline was dumb as hell. So many coincidences that were too far fetched.

Marvel fails at these movies, they suck bad.
Fantastic Four suck already....why make a movie on them?
Silver Surfer? Worst character ever, maybe he was cool back in 1962.

Haha, Marvel Universe revolves around coincidence. I should start a thread on Ocean's 13--because that was a great *** movie...but I won't, because there's not much to say other than it kicks ***.

I mean, honestly, do you guys think that F4 is worth seeing? Should I just wait till it comes out on DVD?

So let me get this straight though, we all know Silver Surfer is a herald of Galactus. He seeks out planets suitable for consumption, but they get to Earth and Reed Richards stops Galactus by threatening him with a really big gun. Silver Surfer reconsiders where his loyalties lie...and yep...a long *** story carries on.

So is the movie exactly like the comics?

No the reasoning behind why Silver Surfer changes is completely different than in the comics. Wait until DVD. CG is good, storyline ok.

Also a lot of extremely blatant product placement. Their flying machine is a Dodge.
