I like the idea of yearly tests for the 65ish and older

Almost 99% of bad drivers I see on the road are women. I literally saw some stupid ***** weaving through traffic like she was in NASCAR, not using signals or anything. She would just randomly speed up, cut someone off, speed up, cut back into the other lane, and then a couple miles down the road I'd meet her at a stoplight. 
Other than that, it's soccer moms driving their gas guzzling SUV's like little sports cars at 20 MPH over the speed limit.

wow, i drove with my grandma yesterday... going down 83, she was doing 55
the speed limit is 65... everyone was blowing past us (I hate when people pass me, specially in minivans and suv'xs) everytime i told her the speed limit she'd speed up, but we'd end up back at 55. AHHHHHH!

yeah my grandma used to do that to, but now she cant drive any more, but when she could and i would ride with her, she would drive on the shoulder of the road and i would be so scared because i would see somebody up ahead on a bike in the bike lane, that would freak me out
