They are using subpoenas on the ISP's to get the info. I read that a court ordered Verizon to give over 4 customers addresses for this. Which they did and now they're appealing it .

I'm getting scared I dont want no bill, I got tons of music from i mesh, WHAT SHOULD I DO???? I'll just run to mexico and i wont have to worry about a bill or CA emissions

How much are they gonna charge per song? I have like 6000 of 'em. Around half is downloaded. Im in the military tho, ive changed ISP's many times.

I am not to worried about this, cuz there are so many people on peer to peer networks that it would be ridiculous to try and send out bills, it would cost them more money to make up and ship out bills then they will end up getting out of this. Maybe they will pursue people sharing like 100 gigs of music, but not the people who just get on every once in a while to get some songs.

well..i dont even know if they have taken actions. And the lawsuit is still pending from wut i hear. I dont think it will ever happen..

oh, ok. just checking... saving dough for the ride doesn't allow me to be droppin $18 a pop on cd's when i'm only feeling 1 or 2 cuts off of it... man, i be d/l'n like ****..
