having a big heavy car (compared to a bike) wouldnt have the powerband to keep it streetable?

and didnt the s14 up sr20det's have vtc already? they didnt get the vet part in the engine code...

It IS a concept car! MANY (most) concept cars NEVER make it into production, nor are all of them products of the company. Many are never even built as a test item. They are merely pictures created to see what it would look like. This may have been put on paper by Nissan, but I doubt it.
