i dont really understand how people can actually win these lawsuites.....is it REALLY the gun factories fault that someone used one of their guns to kill someone? i think not

They won't win. It's all been done before. I remember reading that the state of Texas actually sued several gun companies. It got thrown out and the gun companies counter sued and won

 

so what youre saying is if i crash my car and die my family should sue nissan?
or if i twist my ankle i can sue timberland?
or my gum bleeds while brushing my teeth i can sue Oral B?
get the *** outta here....

guns never killed anyone..the guy holding it, the kid messin with his dads gun, or the guy who SNIPED those people did........
