You don't need a Drivers license to buy a car. You do need a driver license to register and insure the car however. All you need to buy a car is money and a dream. Let me know if your interested.

Ha, I know about the insurance and stuff, I just didn't know because my license is suspended till next month, let me check out my money situation and hopefully get back to you
