I smell a ******* here guys! I have seen the pictures of some of the engines this guy has, and the 2JZ looks like a winner to me, but these kids going around posting crap on all the car forums bother me with bogus claims!

This definately sounds like a scam. Always look at the posts guys, the guy isn't really "in" this forum, so why trust someone that just came onto our turf. The price is low, but will you really get it or are you just giving your money to someone's bank account. I got ripped for an imported engine, and now I have been dealing with the law in both NY, and BC trying to get back my $1050 for a deal I thought was real too. Trust is well worth 400-600 extra dollars. Unless this guy can give unique pictures of a thumbs up in the picture or something to prove it is real.

I am not calling "scam". I just think it is misleading when you make claims based upon ignorance.

I would like to see someone get the 2JZ and put it in a worthy vehicle. I love those engines.

are you SURE you can't make a "kit car" out of a "shell".

I have personally seen a "kit" s14. They do something to the extent of changing to american fenders, and other panels, but i don't know the exacts.

If you know facts on this, i'd be interested to hear. Maybe he did something shady, but the car was registered, right hand drive, and det!

AND YES. THIS GUY DOES SEEM SHADY AS HELL.

The S14 is available in the states. All you need to do is get a clip and swap the engine and steering and you've got a JDM style Silvia. It is not a "kit" car. The fenders and all other sheet metal is the same as the JDM vehicle.
