I have a ka24de Engine(89 240sx stock engine) for sale.I think that is what it is called.I am going to do a Sr20det swap in a few weeks.I was just wondering if anyone wanted this engine.It have 56k miles on it and it have a auto tranny.I am letting it go for $550.I want to found a buyer before I do the Swap.Because I can't keep the stock engine in the shop for a Long Time.I am in the NYC Area.The Buyer must handle all the shipping Charges.

uhh.... you shouldnt be doing motor swaps if you dont know your engine... the 89 stock motor was a SOHC... ka24-E no D.... and 550 is a bit much.. although 56k miles is nice... would be worth it if it was a de.. or if it was 550 shipped... hmmm... if it comes with a wire harness and ecu and no tranny i might get it for my carolla and put a dohc head on it for high comp... if its 550 shipped....

i can give you 150 for the engine, alone, picked up. you can keep the tranny and the ecu and wiring harness and sensors or whatever to sell those. i just want the engine.

haha this is a funny thread. I have found engines with everything and less miles then 56k for around $300 also if you don't know what engine is in your car, then you really should not be trying to swap a engine yourself or even begin to tune it.
