I have for sale my ka24e(single overhead). This engine has been rebuilt. There are no fluids in it and nothing is tightened down so upgrading internals shouldn't be a problem. I need to get rid of it because I sold my 240 and got a 300zx TT. So the engine is sittin here looking for a home. I am in south Georgia(Brunswick) I will not ship it. Local pick up only. you might have some more luck if you would ship it... i would consider it if you would... but then again i live in canada so that would probably be costly.

I would recommend offering to ship in any case.
