The GTR is not in the country as of yet from what I got out of my conversation with him....he wants the cash up front before he imports the car...and then you have to deal with "legalizing it"....maybe if the car gets in the US and then I hand over cash.....but I am not giving someone 15K plus to get a car thats still on the boat.....

This will be the 5th Skyline I have imported. I am not looking for all up front. I will have it if I get a buye soon within 45 days with customs clearance, japanese de-reg papers etc... We aways do half down, half on arrival when it comes to vehicles. This is a car I have been offered...thought I would offer it to the Nissan community as well.

Do you know how I would go about legalizing it? And how much it would cost?

Also you are importing it yourself right... you have no affiliation with motorex, or anyother company? Thanks- Dominic

Well as soon as I get home from California as I told you I will be in touch...if this is going to get here soon...then I can't see why I should not buy it. I have asked some cop friends how to do the paperwork here in Michigan...should know soon.....I want this damn car...you still have my cell number..keep me informed.

There are many ways of "legalizing" these cars. Basically, you just need to get it registered in the US. I do not have affiliation with MotoRex or any other company that is a RI (however, I will become a RI very soon). Anyhow, I do import these myself. Registering the car should cost about the same as any normal US vehicle.

JUDGE - I am not sure if Adrian has your number or I do...I get a lot of requests about this car, so if you have my number, be sure to update me on your situation.
