im not willing to part out the car because it will be work for me and i dont have the time for that but you can easily turn around and part it out and make good money back. the car is sold as is, you might want to take it to a dyno tune to tune it, i daily drive it but i dont boost it. only serious problem would be making a new downpipe which would only cost around 150 at a shop.
