Turbo'd KA motor and 5spd F/S

The motor and tranny isnt for sale right now, but im debating it. I'd sell all of the mods. 60k on motor and tranny. 10k on the turbo stuff. Here's the list of parts.
-Conquest FMIC
-Conical Intake Filter
-8mm plug wires
-Garett straight T3 turbo charger
-custom exhaust manifold and 2.5" downpipe
-ACT 2600 clutch
-Fidenza lightened flywheel
-Nismo 370cc injectors
-Sard FPR
-upgraded nissan timing chain ($1200 parts and labor!)
-KA24DE motor and 5spd trans
-all required piping
I'm keeping my catback, fuel pump, short shifter and JWT ECU for the RB25 swap. Just make an offer if you're interested. Thanks

550 and will pick the materials up, also I would like to ask you what you prefer to use when tapping the oil pan, just a standard plug type thing?!?! Or what?!? What did you use on this?!?
