I run Mobile 1, thats just my personal choice. when I first finished my swap. One of my buddies said I should just throw non-syn in for the first couple hundred of miles. Change it, throw non-syn again till about 1000 miles. Change it then go ahead and throw syn in. He said it's a little thicker and would help get anything bad out faster. Have u heard of that Biggamehit? He's a mechanical engineering major so I just didn't ask question haha

i normally do 1 qt lucus and 3-4 qts oil...on break-ins its better to use non-synth because it will flush the motor easier because of its thickness.

after 1k miles i go 3-4qts synth and 1 qt lucus stabalizer.

lol no you only break in the motor when its brand new or just rebuilt and you use natural oil because it allows more friction then synthetic oil allowing the motor to break in properly

ok....well im not rebuilding the internals and its not a brand new motor or anything...so it should have already been broken in.so i should be fine running synthetic....
