Blacks In Motorsports, Why Are We Lacking?

to the OP, i understand how you feel about being alone in the "sport".
i am full asian (chinese), and i know that none of my asian friends are into american muscles, particularly mustangs. i for one acquired much of my experiences and knowledge about cars from the mustang community. but my friends jokingly said that i was the abomination of my own ethnic group just because most of the young asians are "import for life".
to each of his own, i've learned that i am proud to be a mustang enthusiast no matter what my friends think or feel about the car. if they don't share my passion in one particular segment of my life then it's their loss. i love what i love and i'm damn proud of it whether or not my "same kinds" share my enthusiasm.
I hope you can see my point of relavance in the original post.
in case someone questions me, although i am a mustang enthusiast, i am in the process of building a 92 hatch with a RB25 for track and time attack. that's why i'm on this board.

your opinion is always excepted here bro and welcome to the site..
however.. when at events outside of drag racing, blacks are sometimes just looked at like we have two heads for the most part.... i personally could care less, because when i began to speak/drive, people know i mean business.
