another newb

hey guys just wanted to say whats up and intro myself...

my name is Nabeel and i live in tempe AZ. i have a 92 240sx w/sr20det motor.. i am in the process of selling my daily driver (2001 ford svt cobra) in order to build up my little 4cyl i am a "ricer" at heart, i started in a 2000 integ type-r and that got stolen from me so i tried the other route.. and now that i have driven it for like 1 yar i have found a happy medium by going back to the 4cyl roots and sticking with rwd.. so if anyone knows someone to buy the stang that would be great or if anyone knows a good place close to AZ to build my motor please give me some clues... cause i need to get this project offf the ground..

thanks guys hope to talk to yall

welcome to the forums man~ props to you for ditching a 'stang for a 240 (if it was me I probably woulda kept the 'stang around just for "kicks"). btw, "ricer" is usually a derogatory term describing anybody trying to go fast in a Honda... (Type )2's excluded) or any other car that tries to look faster than it actually is.

the stang is nice but i cant drive around in my racecar anymore its too expensive (just put a brand new motor in the stang) and i love the 4cyl scene for some reason... ill miss the raw power but the fun has just begun...

thats how it is in most places. but i like being the one that everyone either hates or is just annoyed by cause thens its more fun to beat them. i used to drive my old type-r with only headers back home and people hated me when i took it out o late nights to go rip through vtech... but they always knew who it was....

Welcome!! I am a mustang fan and I probably would've kept the cobra, but to each his own!

Glad you ditched the Mustang, man!

Things to live by
1. If you see the word 'clear' and 'tailights' in the same sentence don't buy them.
2. No fart cans.
3. Love your 240!
