Question Cool Air Question

Hows it going, im Casey, i have a 1990 240sx and I got a nice paint job to start because the previous paint sucked, and no before i get my liscence im wondering to help on gas and overall car efficiancy, maybe some power too, would a cool air intake be a good choice
Also i want the pipe to come off the air intake manifold and run in front of the motor, to the right side of the engine bay, and down towards the wheel well where the air box is now, is this possible? and if so who makes a good long one like that description and where should i look?
Thanks for checking the question
Casey

Hey welcome to the site the only good cold air intake for our cars is the one INJEN makes. it can be found at www.enjukuracing.com (our sponsor) or at www.optionsauto.com make sure you buy the cold air extension part of the intake too... i think they sell it in two parts sometimes. if u want efficiency too... make sure you give the ride a good tune up before you start driving it. hope this helps a little bit.

Injen says the cold air extensions are for DOHC's. He has a SOHC. Dunno if there's a difference but if there is you could easily make your only extension. BTW www.wholehyper.com has good prices too.
