Smile Hello Everyone

Figured I would introduce myself since I am new here. I am a fairly regular poster on Zilvia so I thought I would spread the love.

I've owned my S13 for almost two years now and just completed my first engine swap ever. Bought a blacktop at Enjuku as well as all of the parts to complete the swap and swapped it in a storage unit. Needless to say I spent a pretty penny on the car within the past few months. Here is a list of parts that I installed with the swap as well as some pictures to give you guys some details
  • Blacktop SR20DET
  • Visteon Radiator w/ Dual Electric Spal Fans
  • Spec* Stage 2 Clutch
  • Spec* Lightened Billet Flywheel
  • Cusco Motor Mounts
  • Stock T25
  • Greddy Profec-B II Boost Controller
  • HKS SSQV BOV
  • Hybrid Development Intercooler
  • ER Intake
  • Walbro 255 Fuel Pump
  • HKS Hi-Power Exhaust
  • Megan Racing Test Pipe
  • Greddy Downpipe
  • Greddy Turbo Elbow
  • MR Boost, oil pressure, and water temp gauges
  • Autometer Dual Pod and ATI ezPOD Clusters

Onward with pictures. I don't want to post all of my swap pictures here as this isn't supposed to be a picture thread so feel free to visit my photobucket gallery or my swap write up in my sig for more info. It has a crazy amount of detail for everyone on the swap.

Nice dude, welcome to Club240. That boost gauge mount is sweet as hell. No, wait, it's sweeter than hell. Nice hood mounted computer too. Does it affect handling at high speeds?

Indeed it does. Hood mounted computers are all the rage in Japan.

Well I have a few small things to finish but my next move is to replace the clutch. I put a new clutch, flywheel, and pp on when I did the swap but I think something may have gotten on the clutch disc as it feels like it's slipping at high RPM's. Some people have suggested that I may have glazed it, which is also a possibility.

After that I'll be working on tires, wheels, and suspension. I want to get the car painted but I don't want these nasty stock wheels on there when I do. As you can see in the first picture, the clear coat is practically gone.

In the meantime I'll be getting a 2-way alarm and quick release since my complex is kinda shady.

Right now I'm still doing my research so I'm not sure as of yet. No particular brand has jumped out at me yet except for some of the models rays wheels offers.

One things for sure, I won't be cheaping out on any of it.
